The Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) recently verified that of the 27 real estate schools in Arkansas teaching the pre-license class, The BIG R.E.D. School was #1 in pass rate for the law (Arkansas) portion of the Pre-license test for 2023 and 3rd for the general (national) portion!
The BIG R.E.D. School takes a different approach to education. You will be pushed to think different, to develop a different mindset. You will be encouraged to get involved in the process of learning, to be creative and innovative, to differentiate yourself by becoming comfortable with your uniqueness. The BIG R.E.D. School is excited to announce our new location opening in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Bringing passion and resources of BIG R.E.D. to Central Arkansas has always been a desire of our team and we are so excited to make this into a reality.
This school will be led by Executive Broker Lance Arguello who is coming into a decade of real estate experience.
Hot Springs Classes begin February of 2025!

I love this class! It has been a true blessing to have J. Pat as a teacher. I really like how he incorporates the emotional side to being a realtor and tries to show you what you may run into out in the field. J. Pat is a great teacher, explains everything in great detail and encourages you to participate and ask questions if needed. The study guide for me was very helpful, going over the chapters in each class helped as well. Overall, in class, you learn a lot.
